I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

An Öhlins RXC34 Carbon fork works up front and an Öhlins TXC2 Air shock at the rear, both with DT Swiss remote lockout. The drivetrain is a full Shimano XTR Di2 1x12 with a 10-51T cassette, and XTR brakes use 180/180 mm rotors. Duke Lucky Jack SLS5 wheels carry Pirelli Scorpion XC RC tires in 2.4 inches. The integrated Autodrop seatpost offers 80 mm of drop, and the one-piece ICS Carbon XC cockpit keeps the front end clean. The system weight limit is 110 kg.
