I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The BMC Kaius 01 THREE is built around a 01 Premium Carbon frame with Aerocore Design, ICS Technology stealth cable routing and TCC Race compliance. The frame offers Full Mount UDH, Flat Mount disc brakes and a 12 x 142 mm thru-axle, and the carbon fork is tuned for the same race compliance. Power comes from a SRAM Rival XPLR AXS 1x13 groupset with a 10-46T cassette, with SRAM Rival AXS disc brakes and 160 mm rotors for stopping. The CG 40 Carbon wheels (40 mm, tubeless ready) are fitted with Continental Terra Competition Race Rapid 45 mm tubeless tires, and the frame clears up to 52 mm. The RSM01 integrated stem, HB D4 alloy bars and Fizik Vento Argo X5 saddle complete the race setup.
