I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The BMC Teammachine 01 AMP ONE is an electric road race bike with a frame and fork made from 01 Premium Carbon. Aerocore design, an integrated battery, ICS technology with stealth cable routing, stealth dropouts and TCC Race compliance define its build. The TQ-HPR40 drive unit delivers 200 watts of assistance, complemented by a 290 Wh battery and a 2-inch OLED display (Bluetooth / ANT+). The Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 groupset (2x12, 11-34T cassette) handles shifting and braking with 160 mm rotors. The ICS Carbon Evo cockpit is a one-piece design, and the DT Swiss ARC 1100 DICUT wheels measure 38 mm, fitted with 28 mm Pirelli P Zero Race TLR RS tubeless tyres.
