I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The BMC Teammachine 01 AMP TWO relies on a 01 Premium Carbon frame with Aerocore Design, integrated battery, ICS stealth cable routing and TCC Race compliance. The TQ-HPR40 drive unit delivers 200 watts of assistance, the 290 Wh battery is integrated into the frame and the TQ graphic colour display (2-inch OLED, Bluetooth and ANT+) keeps all your data in view; a power meter is built into the drive unit. Shifting is handled by Shimano Ultegra Di2 2x12 with an 11-34T cassette, braking by Shimano Ultegra disc brakes with 160 mm rotors. The CR 40 Carbon wheels (40 mm, tubeless ready) roll on Pirelli P Zero Race TLR RS 28 mm tires, with clearance for up to 32 mm. The ICS Carbon Evo cockpit gives a clean, aerodynamic front end.
