I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The BMC Teammachine SLR THREE is built on the SLR Gen 5 frame in Advanced Carbon with Aerocore Design, ICS stealth cable routing, a UDH mount, TCC Race compliance and a 12 x 142 mm thru-axle. The fork with Stealth Dropout Design and flat mount disc brakes complements the frame. Shifting comes from a Shimano 105 2x12 groupset with an 11-36T cassette, and stopping from Shimano 105 disc brakes with 160/160 mm rotors. PRD23 wheels carry 28 mm Continental Grand Prix tires, with frame clearance for up to 32 mm. The aero-shaped carbon seatpost, RSM01 stem and alloy bars round off the package. The system weight limit is 110 kg.
