I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The BMC Teammachine SLR THREE is built on an Advanced Carbon Teammachine SLR Gen 5 frame with Aerocore Design, ICS stealth cable routing and TCC Race compliance. The frame offers Full Mount UDH, Flat Mount disc brakes and a 12 x 142 mm thru-axle, and the carbon fork is tuned for race compliance. Shifting is handled by Shimano 105 2x12 with an 11-36T cassette, braking by Shimano 105 disc brakes with 160 mm rotors. The PRD23 wheels (23 mm) are fitted with Continental Grand Prix 28 mm tires, with clearance for up to 32 mm. The RSM01 stem with alloy bars, the aero-shaped carbon seatpost and the Selle Italia Model X Greentech saddle round off the bike.
