I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The BMC Twostroke 01 ONE is an XC hardtail with a 01 Premium Carbon frame, Tuned Compliance Concept XC and fully guided internal cable routing. The frame features Full Mount UDH, Post Mount disc brakes and a 12 x 148 mm Boost thru-axle. Up front, the RockShox SID SL Select 3P fork offers 110 mm of travel with a Charger RL remote, while SRAM GX Eagle Transmission AXS 1x12 with a 10-52T cassette drives the bike. Braking comes from SRAM Motive Silver disc brakes with 180/160 mm rotors. The XCD-30W Carbon wheels have a 30 mm inner width and carry Vittoria Mezcal 2.35 inch tubeless tires, with clearance up to 2.4 inches. A modern geometry with a steep seat tube angle and longer reach adds traction and stability.
