I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The BMC URS 01 LT ONE is an adventure gravel bike built around an 01 Premium Carbon frame with Gravel+ geometry. Micro Travel Technology provides 20 mm of travel in the fork (coil spring and hydraulic damper) and in the seatstays. ICS technology, a Full Mount UDH, integrated storage, and fender and rack mounts are on board as well. The SRAM Rival XPLR AXS groupset (1x12) combines an Eagle Transmission 10-52T cassette with a GX Eagle Transmission rear derailleur, with 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors. The BMC AG 20 wheels are tubeless ready and fitted with 45 mm Continental Terra Adventure Trail Grip tyres, with up to 47 mm possible. The bike weighs 10.5 kg (size M, without pedals), and the system weight limit is 120 kg.
