Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The BMC URS 01 LT TWO is an adventure gravel bike built around an 01 Premium Carbon frame with Gravel+ geometry. Micro Travel Technology provides 20 mm of travel in the fork (coil spring and hydraulic damper) and in the seatstays. ICS technology, a Full Mount UDH, integrated storage, and fender and rack mounts are on board as well. The Shimano GRX groupset (1x12, 10-51T cassette) works with GRX brakes and 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors. The GR650 wheels are tubeless ready and fitted with 45 mm Continental Terra Adventure Trail Grip tyres, with clearance for up to 47 mm. The bike weighs 11.1 kg (size M, without pedals), and the system weight limit is 120 kg.
