I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The frame offers Full Mount UDH, Flat Mount disc brakes, a 12 x 142 mm thru-axle, integrated storage and mounts for fenders and racks; the carbon fork has internal brake and hub dynamo cable routing plus cargo mounts. Power comes from Shimano GRX 1x12 with a Deore 10-51T cassette, with Shimano GRX disc brakes and 180/160 mm rotors for stopping. The GR650 wheels (26 mm, tubeless ready) are fitted with Continental Terra Adventure Trail Grip 45 mm tubeless tires, with clearance for up to 47 mm. A carbon D-shaped seatpost and a Fizik Vento Argo X7 saddle round off the bike.
