This is my second bike (Treck) from MyBikePlan, and their service has always been punctual. Whenever I've needed replacement parts for my Focus, they have quickly sourced them for me. Excellent service, keep up the great work!
I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
