I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The CCT Team Pro brings Di2 comfort to the sporty carbon road bike class. Frame and fork are carbon, the cables run internally and the aero seatpost finishes off the slim line. Shifting is electronic with Shimano 105 Di2 in 2x12, with a 50/34 crankset and an 11–34 cassette that covers flat roads and climbs alike. Braking comes from Shimano 105 BR-R7170, it rolls on Ursus Miura TC37 Disc wheels with Continental Grand Prix tyres, and you sit on a Selle Italia Model X saddle. Maximum load is 110 kg.
