This is my second bike (Treck) from MyBikePlan, and their service has always been punctual. Whenever I've needed replacement parts for my Focus, they have quickly sourced them for me. Excellent service, keep up the great work!
I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.

About the Corratec E-Power Trekking 28 PX7 Wave
The E-Power Trekking 28 PX7 Wave is the classic trekking e-bike for riders who just want to get going. Bosch Performance Line PX delivers 90 Nm from a 720 Wh PowerTube battery, run via the Intuvia 200 and LED Remote. A Shimano Nexus 5-speed hub gear handles shifting, Shimano MT200 brakes the stopping. The SR Suntour NVX32 fork gives 80 mm, joined by a suspension seatpost and Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus tyres on 28-inch wheels. The low Wave step-through makes mounting easy; a Herrmans MR4 light with 120 lm, brake light and MIK HD rack for 27.5 kg are fitted.
