I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

Your trail, your rhythm, your extra boost. The X-Vert Pro Team is an aluminium e-hardtail with a Bosch Performance Line CX (120 Nm) and an 800 Wh PowerTube. A 130 mm RockShox Recon Silver RC fork and Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres handle the rough stuff, while a Shimano XT rear derailleur and SLX 12-speed with a 10–51T cassette cover steep climbs. Shimano MT420 and MT410 brakes, a dropper post and a 760 mm handlebar complete it, all at 25 kg. Maximum rider weight is 140 kg.
