I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

The Life S Cross P6 makes e-biking relaxed. The Wave frame with its low step-through and the 20-inch wheels on wide Innova Cross tyres in 20 x 2.8 give you a secure feeling straight away. The Bosch Performance Line motor with 75 Nm and the 600 Wh PowerTube battery push you along up to 25 km/h. A seven-speed Shimano Altus drivetrain and Shimano MT200 brakes come with it, and a Herrmans MR8 light, brake light and 27.5 kg MIK HD rack are fitted. The bike weighs 25.35 kg.
