I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

Why ride around the root carpet when you can simply iron it flat? The Focus AVENTURA² FS 6.9 600Wh is a full-suspension trekking bike with a low step-through. Its Bosch Performance Line CX delivers 85 Nm (up to 120 Nm via update), and the 600 Wh battery lives in the down tube. Up front a 120 mm air fork, at the back a 100 mm Edge-X R shock, all rolling on 27.5-inch Schwalbe Johnny Watts. The dropper post gets the saddle out of the way, and 4-piston brakes with ABS stop you cleanly. MIK rack, mudguards and 210 lux light are on board.
