I went to the store in Zurich and the staff were very friendly and gave great advice on which model and size would suit my needs. Ordering and delivery were seamless and the bike is fantastic. Since receiving my bike I have sent a number of phone messages just to check on a few things (I am new to the e-bike game) and I have received super quick responses either as messages or calls. Customer service has been ace.
Pas de précisions sur l’heure de la livraison ni de tranche horaire ça bloque à la maison c’est pas pratique. Pour ajouter des accessoires faut s’adresser à un autre magasin c’est pas idéal non plus et pareil pour les réglages de suspensions. Sinon le délai de livraison a été respecté et l’équipe est sympa.

Ich werde keine trails fahren aber ein wenig off road schon. Kleine Berge mit losem Geröll sollen auch möglich sein. Rentiert sich dafür dieses Velo oder wäre für mich eher doch ein Standard Gravel besser?

Für normale Strassenfahrten kommst du gut voran, nur reine Speed-Effizienz ist nicht seine Hauptstärke. Wenn du neben Asphalt auch Schotter, Waldwege und kleine Berge mit losem Geröll fahren willst, passt es sehr gut. Fährst du jedoch überwiegend Strasse und nur leichtes Offroad, wäre ein Standard-Gravelbike wahrscheinlich die sportlichere und effizientere Wahl.
