14-Day Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for your order and contract applies up to 14 days after signing the contract, but before delivery. Between these two points in time, the contract can always be canceled free of charge. If your electric bike is delivered within the 14-day withdrawal period, you also have the right to cancel the contract in this case if it does not exceed the 14-day period and your bike is not being used.

Process for canceling a contract:

The procedure for canceling a contract is simple. You can send us an e-mail to the following address: sales@mybikeplan.ch and let us know that you wish to cancel the contract. Only written requests will be considered. We will cancel the contract within 24 hours and notify you by e-mail as soon as the cancellation is complete.

The 7-day exchange policy

The 7-day exchange policy comes into effect as soon as you have signed the contract, the 14 days have expired and the bike has been delivered. If the customer does not want the e-bike due to the size, color, model or other reasons, they can exchange it. The exchange can be made with a model that has a similar or higher price than the one previously chosen. If the price is higher, the customer must pay the difference before we can deliver the new bike. Nevertheless, once the 14 days have expired, it is no longer possible to cancel the contract, but only to exchange the bike for another one. Please note that it is only possible to exchange your bike once.

Procedure for an exchange:

  1. You will find a customer support form on our website in the customer service category. Complete this form and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
  2. We contact our partners and organize the collection of your bike with Zibatra AG.
  3. The bike is assessed and Zibatra AG gives us its opinion on the overall condition of the bike.
  4. If the bike is damaged or the mileage is too high, you must pay compensation.
  5. If the bike you have chosen to replace the previous bike has a higher price, we will ask you to pay the price difference before we proceed with the delivery of the new bike.
  6. We deliver your new bike ready for use.
